Seatings and terms
On fridays and saturdays Promenaden runs with two evening seatings:
An early from 17.00 to 19.30 and a late from 20.00.
In practice this means that a restaurant visit must be ended at 19.30, or start at 20.00 or later. If you arrive 15 min. late to your booking your table may be allocated to another party.
Groups over 6 people will naturally be placed together, but we can not guarantee placement at one large table.
Cancellation terms of group- and Friday Rock menus
Cancellation until 7 days before the date
Group- and Friday Rock menus can be canceled in writing
until 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation after 7 days but within 24 hours before the event
After the 7-day time limit up to 10% of the ordered covers can be cancelled without liability when the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the event. If more than 10% are cancelled, 50% of the price of the canceled envelopes will be proved to restaurant Promenaden.
Cancellation after 24 hours before the event
If covers are canceled later than 24 hours before the event is held, restaurant Promenaden are entitled to be paid the entire price
for the canceled covers.
Cancellation of covers are only valid with our written confirmation.
