Welcome drink:
A glass of sparkling Piper-Heidsieck champagne
Starter:
Scampi. Giant prawns marinated in coriander and garlic served on grilled bread with mango salsa
Main course:
Veal entrecote served with vegetables of the day, served with french fries and homemade bearnaise sauce
Dessert:
Crème brûlée served with sorbet and raw pickled berries

served with 3 different dressings and bread

Beef tenderloin
served with Pommes Anna, todays garnish
and morel sauce.
